Responsibilities of Authors

Originality and Plagiarism:

All submissions must be the original work of the authors and not previously published.

Authors are required to submit a plagiarism report at the time of submission, with the similarity index not exceeding 15%, and no single source exceeding 5%.

Proper citation of all sources, including figures, tables, and excerpts, is mandatory.

Multiple Submissions:

Manuscripts submitted to ICELTS must not be under consideration elsewhere. Simultaneous submissions to multiple conferences or journals are strictly prohibited.

Authorship and Contribution:

Authorship is limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the research.

Changes in authorship after submission are subject to review and must be justified with written consent from all authors.

Data Integrity and Transparency:

Data must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Any fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting will result in rejection.

Authors may be required to provide raw data upon request for verification purposes.

Conflict of Interest:

Authors must disclose all financial, institutional, or personal conflicts that could affect the research outcomes or interpretation.
